Opportunities for young people abound at Shir Tikvah, with fun and meaningful learning and community experiences for our littlest tots, our high school seniors, and everyone in between.
Over 230 students engage in Jewish learning and community each week. Students gather in age groups and together explore Jewish tradition and values, hear stories and study text, and learn about and create ritual. Religious School provides students a chance to, fueled by Jewish faith and practice, find their place in the world and be a lifelong mensch and pursuer of justice. Young people emerge from their time in class energized by our faculty, staff, and clergy, invested in their peers, and
Religious School meets Sundays, 9:30am to 11:30am, unless otherwise noted.
Students begin with Mishpacha at 4 years old and conclude with Confirmation in 10th grade.

Over 80 students engage in Hebrew learning and community each week. Young people study the Hebrew alphabet and wrestle with prayer during this five year journey to becoming B'nei Mitzvah. Our weekly evening worship service during class embodies student engagement and leadership.
Hebrew School meets Wednesdays, either 4:30pm to 6:30pm or 6pm to 8pm.
