It is both a privilege and responsibility of membership to be involved in the committees of the Congregation.
The committees are, in many respects, at the heart of congregational life.
It is where ideas are generated, decisions are made, and friendships form.
As a new member of the congregation, committee involvement is the best way to become
an integral member of our community.

Yad B' Yad (Hand In Hand) Committee |
Chair(s): Caryl Barnett 651-698-5572 | The concept of a Caring Community is to have extensive and integrated activities
to assist members in being connected to Shir Tikvah, to each other and also in having
their various needs met. This committee, just started in May 2004, seeks to develop and
strengthen a broad array of functions and services to flesh out this concept. At meetings,
committee members bring excitement and energy to discussions and planning. There is a new
sub-committee of Yad B'Yad, whose focus is inclusion in the congregation, called Koleil.
New participants are eagerly welcomed.
