Rabbi Michael Adam Latz
Senior Rabbi
Rabbi Latz has been Shir Tikvah's Senior Rabbi since July 2009. He brings to the congregation boundless energy, heartfelt compassion, and commitment to fostering an authentic and engaging Jewish experience. Previously, he
 was the founding rabbi of Kol HaNeshamah in West Seattle. A Wexner Fellow during rabbinical school, Rabbi Latz was ordained by Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in 2000.

Rabbi Jason Rodich

Assistant Rabbi

Director of Lifelong Learning

Rabbi Rodich brings a passion for Jewish life and is especially interested in social justice, Jewish thought, Israel engagement and youth development. Born and raised in the Twin Cities, he received his rabbinic ordination from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in Los Angeles.  While a rabbinical student, Rabbi Rodich trained as a Just Congregations Community Organizer at Temple Isaiah in Los Angeles & also served as student rabbi at Congregation B’nai David in Visalia. He is a recipient of a Wexner Graduate Fellowship and the HUC-JIR Rubin Memorial Prize for Scholarly Writing.

Wendy Goldberg
Director of Spiritual Engagement
Wendy sees her role as being a shlichat tzibor, (messenger of the community), guiding us in prayer. Wendy has led services at many synagogues, and is the founding director of Shir Harmony, a Jewish Women's a capella group. 

She directs our B'nei Mitzvah program, guiding families through the B'nei Mitzvah journey, coordinating tutors and shaping our B'nei Mitzvah curriculum.

John Humleker  
Executive Director

John provides staff support to many areas of our operations including finance, administration, fundraising and congregant relations.

Sara Lahyani 

Office Manager           

Sara is responsible for keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly. She enjoys talking to congregants and community members, assisting with life cycle events, and working with volunteers.

Rabbi Stacy Offner
Founding Rabbi Emerita
Rabbi Offner became the Shir Tikvah Founding Rabbi Emerita in July 2008 after 20 years of visionary and loving leadership. She came to the Twin Cities in 1984, the first woman Rabbi in the state of Minnesota. Shir Tikvah treasures our relationship with Rabbi Offner and continues to be inspired by her wisdom, vision, and courage.
